We're looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable Festival Bar Staff to work at exciting festivals and live events this summer in Belfast. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, meeting new people, and being part of unforgettable experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently.
• Providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Operating tills and handling cash/card payments accurately.
• Keeping the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked.
• Following licensing laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Working as part of a team to deliver a great customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

• A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in busy environments.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
• Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
• Applicants must meet the legal minimum age requirement to serve alcohol.
