We’re partnering with a prestigious five-star hotel in Dublin to recruit an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead its diverse and high-profile F&B operation.
This is an exciting senior leadership opportunity for a commercially astute, hands-on F&B professional who can drive standards, develop high-performing teams and deliver an exceptional guest experience while maximising revenue and profitability.
Working closely with the General Manager and wider leadership team, you’ll take ownership of the full F&B operation, overseeing multiple outlets, leading sizeable teams and ensuring consistently high standards across service, operations and financial performance.
We’re looking for someone who combines a genuine passion for hospitality with strong commercial acumen, operational expertise and the leadership presence to make a real impact within a luxury hotel environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Director of F&B or in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role within a luxury or five-star hotel.
- Strong experience managing multiple outlets, high-volume operations and large, diverse teams.
- Excellent commercial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, margins and cost control.
- A track record of driving revenue, improving profitability and maintaining exceptional service standards.
- A visible, hands-on leader who can motivate, develop and inspire teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all hotel departments.
- Recent experience working within Ireland or the UK.
