This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.Working Pattern:40 Hours Per WeekVarious Work Pattern AvailableMust be Available for Night and WeekendsRewards:25 days annual leaveCompany Pension SchemeEmployee Assistance Program to support your health & wellbeingFinancial Education/Financial wellbeing advisory serviceCompany EventsThe Role:Responsibility for the day-to-day management of the unit.Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standard according to company training, including the use of cleaning machinery.Composing staff schedules and management of staff holidaysCompleting onsite quality AuditsReplenishment and control of cleaning stocks, materials and PPE.Liaising with the client, central support functions and attending departmental meetingsDealing with complaints as they arise in a timely and professional manner.Conducting and recording staff training and leading the team to reach goals and maintain standards.Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standardsComply with all HACCP (Hazard analysis of critical control points) regulations as necessaryFollow procedures as directed on the correct handling and use of all cleaning materials.The PersonFlexible approach to work and training, with regards to times and days workedAn excellent eye for detail and an extremely high cleaning standardCustomer service focusedCommunication skills and the ability to work under own initiative.Previous cleaning supervisory experience.Clean driving licence6 months or more experience in a similar role.GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent.Interested candidates who meet all of the above criteria please forward CV in the strictest confidence via link below
