We are looking on behalf of our client, 4-star hotel in Derry, for friendly, reliable and hardworking Room Attendants to join the housekeeping team
As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high 4-star standard.
- Change bed linen, towels and other room amenities.
- Vacuum, dust and clean all areas of guest rooms.
- Replenish toiletries and guest supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, damage or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and correctly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene.
- Follow hotel health, safety and housekeeping procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet daily room-cleaning targets.
- Provide a friendly and professional service to guests when required.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience, although full training can be provided.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A positive and hardworking attitude.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time-management and organisational skills.
- A professional and friendly manner.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
