Hotel Night Auditor

Our client is one of NI leading Hotel groups with extensive expansion plans for future development in Northern Ireland. 

We are currently recruiting on their behalf an enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate the potential and commitment required to progress as a valued member of the management team.

Previous experience within the hospitality industry would be preferred though not essential. All candidates must have a steady work history and a proven ability to deal with ever changing circumstances. An ability to manage and work well within a busy team environment is essential.

 Main Duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting guests on arrival ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
• Assisting guest with checkout, processing payment etc
• Providing local interest advice, provision of taxi service etc
• Promoting the hotel services, and ensuring that a high level of service is available to guests at all times.
• Handling telephone enquiries and deal with appropriately
• Upkeep of in-house reservations system and hotel bookings
• Staff recruitment and training

Hours of work - 11.00pm-7.00am (5 out of 7)
