Our client is one of NI leading Hotel groups with extensive expansion plans for future development in Northern Ireland. Due to this expansion we are currently recruiting on their behalf a confident and committed individual who would be interest in a career within a busy and challenging Reservations environment.
You will be joining a highly professional team, where you will be given the opportunity to portray your customer service and organisational skills in an efficient manner at all times. All candidates must be computer literate, with accurate keyboard skills and have the ability to embrace training & development in a positive manner. A confident telephone manner is essential and with a proven ability within a customer service environment.
