Our clients require motivated and driven administrators & Secretaries/PA's to work as a team player and contribute to the smooth running of the organisation. Providing a comprehensive and confidential service you will be a key player within the organisation and a key player in the success of our temporary support service. You will be reliable with a hands on approach and enjoy working in a challenging and often changing environment.


Temporary support Secretaries and PA's must have at least RSA 2 WP or eq. with Audio or shorthand skills and a minimum of 1 yrs recent experience within a similar role. Excellent organisation skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications essentials.


 Senior & Executive PA's will be required to have at least 2yrs recent experience working at senior management level and RSA 3 WP (or eqv.) or relevant qualification i.e. Private Secretaries Diploma.


 Temporary Administrators must be computer literate with at least 12 months experience gained within a busy office environment. You must have excellent keyboard skills with a sound working knowledge of Word & Excel. You should be able to take on a variety of tasks including data processing, customer service, reprographics, filing, post duties and word processing.


 Receptionists will be expected to have at least 6 months experience gained in a front of house position with a good knowledge of switchboard operations and the ability to deal with people at all levels.


 Based in the Belfast, Derry, Newry, Mallusk, Portadown areas our clients offer excellent working conditions. **Competitive hourly rates.**
