Newly developed Restaurant in Belfast city Centre is seeking to appoint a dynamic Sous Chef to assist Head Chef in all areas of kitchen management.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience as Senior CDP or Sous Chef in busy Restaurant / Hospitality establishment.
Duties will involve assisting Head Chef with weekly rotas, stock control and ordering and staff supervision and training.
Hours of work will vary but will be based on 40-45 hrs per week 5 out of 7 days.
