Catering establishment in the Newry area, Co Down, is currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to successfully manage and promote the on-site catering and hospitality services.
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the efficient management of the restaurant and on-site hospitality service and possess excellent culinary skills. The job will require you to be highly focused in providing and maintaining exceptional standards of customer service and developing and maintaining good client relationships. Good supervisory (managing a team of 7), communication and administrative skills are also essential requirements for the job.
You will also be required to comply with all food safety and health and safety legislation.
Hours of work will vary but will be based on 39 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
The successful candidate will have recognised catering/hospitality qualifications and at least 2 years experience in managing a similar operation.
