We are currently recruiting for a Venue Presentation Manager to join our team based at ICC Waterfront Hall, Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.
Working Pattern:
40 Hours Per Week

Must be Available for Night and Weekends

The Role:
Responsibility for the day-to-day management of the unit.
Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standard according to company training, including the use of cleaning machinery.
Composing staff schedules and management of staff holidays
Completing onsite quality Audits
Replenishment and control of cleaning stocks, materials and PPE.
Liaising with the client, central support functions and attending departmental meetings
Dealing with complaints as they arise in a timely and professional manner.
Conducting and recording staff training and leading the team to reach goals and maintain standards.
Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards
Comply with all HACCP (Hazard analysis of critical control points) regulations as necessary
Follow procedures as directed on the correct handling and use of all cleaning materials.
The Person
Flexible approach to work and training, with regards to times and days worked
An excellent eye for detail and an extremely high cleaning standard
Customer service focused
Communication skills and the ability to work under own initiative.
Previous cleaning supervisory experience.
Clean driving licence
6 months or more experience in a similar role.
GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent.
